Prof. Desislava Yosifova, PhD

Desislava Yosifova is a university lecturer over 20 years; Head of Department Accounting and Control at the VUZF university (2013 until 2020); author of more than 150 publications in Bulgaria and abroad; consultant for project preparation and project management (European Structural and Investment Funds); Deputy Minister of Defense (August 2014 – January 2017) with portfolio: management of budget of Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces of Republic of Bulgaria, management and control of commercial companies of Minister of Defense of the Republic of Bulgaria and project management in Bulgarian Armed Forces.
