The activities of the Economics Department are focused on performance of scientific and applied research and analysis in the area of economics, focused on its various aspects and related to the educational profile of the school. In this respect, the department prepares analyses on economic, social and political topics which are of importance for the country and its policy.
Furthermore, the Economics Department performs transfer of knowledge from and to the national and international scientific market by organizing conferences, seminars, round tables and other events in the area of economics. It provides opportunities for scientific and applied research projects in the area of economics along with educational and scientific institutes in the country and abroad. The Economics Department performs scientific, applied, and also business oriented cooperation with national and international business partners by developing analysis and provision of advice in the area of economics.
